European duty manager exceptionally good. Helpful particularly to non-chinese speaking guests Breakfast needs improvement, poor selection, tasteless hot food. Housekeeping poor. Cleaners don't read/understand "make up room" sign.

Out of Front Desk Staff, the rest of services need to improve. The room floor was dusty, under the bed never been clean (have some empty bottle, thick of dust and spiderweb). The housekeeping work need to supervise to achieve minimum standard of cleanliness.

This hotel is quite suitable to ones want to spend a short break in Beijing while it's location is next to the subway. Note, dinner is not available, but they can recommend you some places instead. For ones love a bigger room should go for a suit room.
