Although we didn't stay at this hotel we enjoyed dinner on the roof several times. A fantastic view over the Nile and good food this roof top restaurant is well worth a visit. More

I've eaten at the Nile Valley a number of times and have always been happy with the food. I'm always reluctant to eat salad in Luxor but this place is immaculatly clean and they make a big deal out of saying on the menu that all ice cubes are from filtered water and all salad is washed with mineral water....
