The location is very nice: right in the middle of Nile. We had a great view from our hotel at the tombe. The room was large enough and the people at the reception desk we're doing their job. The location of this lovely hotel right in the middle of the Nile is absolutely stunning! There is a free boat transferring from the hotel to the city running 24 hours per day, no problem. We came to Aswan from Cairo intending to make a quick visit to abu simbel before heading on to Luxor.
