It's a big city hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. Bed is a bit too hard and a small tv, but who is here to watch tv? One of our rooms had an issue with the air-conditioning. The hotel apologized and upgraded us to a suite. All the rooms we saw were lovely. There was a great choice of restaurants for dinner, the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we encountered & the staff were great, all were friendly & helpful. More

Remember in Egypt the star ratings are different. Hotels are given an extra star rating just for serving alcohol, so 4 star without alcohol and 5 star with alcohol are the same. The hotel is only average, but I did get lots of help from the employees there (not the front desk managers, they were rude). Rooms are dated (stayed there 4 nights in different rooms). AC was good in the room, but not in the lobby. More

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.The hotel lobby is really nice,however the rooms are a bit dated.On the plus side we stayed in an enormous room and the bathroom was in a very good condition.The restaurants are excellent but a bit pricey.Overall staff were very friendly and helpful . More

Stayed in the hotel because the conference was in the hotel. Not a particularly nice one. Lobby is nice but the rooms are beaten up and very old. Not very clean. Staff not very helpful. Nice cafe with someone who animates every evening. Would not stay there again. More
