First benefit of this hotel is that the KALimousine Bus Service directly stops at the hotel's front. No need to drag your luggages up and down the hilly part of Namdaemun. Second is that this hotel is somewhat close to the subway stations. You actually have 3 stations that are around 8 - 10 minutes walk. First is the City... More

We stayed 2 nights in another hotel before moving to Ramada. Though the price of Ramada was higher by USD10 per night, the service and room was a vast difference from the earlier hotel. It was worth it. The reception was always manned by at least 3 english speaking staff with a concierge counter always eager to help you even... More

Booked this through hotwire so we weren't aware of the hotel name until payment has been made. Spacious room with a living room. Good for families. Wifi only available in the lounge. Location not that convenient. 10-15 min walk to Seoul Station. With the rate given by Hotwire, can't complain much about the hotel.

The Ramada H&Suites is comfortable and conveniently located in central Seoul close to the financial and fashion districts. The suites have a kitchenette and washer dryer facility, but no cooking utensils..? There is a good coffee shop in the lobby and a Starbucks a stones throw away. The metered taxis in Seoul are a real pleasure as they are so... More

It was clean, well positioned and had everything we needed. I liked the kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room (though others in pour party didn't have these - it's asking for this for a longer stay). The only drawback was the tower block being built right by our window. They started early even on Sundays. But otherwise good. We liked... More

Perhaps I stayed in a more rennovated part than the other reviewers but I found the hotel to be very good. Staff was polite, helpful and responsive. Lots of little restaurants that are inexpensive nearby including a complex in a basement area right next to the hotel with several good places. Very quiet on a side street. Rooms were not... More

Booked this hotel for an overnight layover between flights. Check-in was simple enough, reservation found, assigned room. The hallways were eerie, the doors looked sinister. The room I had been assigned was dark and had a dark, heavy feel to it, not to mention an odd, stale smell. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but couldn't help notice the... More

This hotel may be well located, but the facilities are horrible. Rooms are big and clean, but dated and look old fashioned. The restaurants close too early (around 10pm) so you have to rely on room service menu which is a joke. All other eating places around the hotel close early to. Breakfast restaurant on 24 floor is tacky, dirty... More

The Ramada Hotel & Suites Seoul is a big hotel, close to Namdaemun gate and market. the rooms are clean, comfortable, big and well equipped: including small kitchen and washing/drying machine. the stuff are nice and helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice and easy. you can take a bus from the airport straight to the hotel... I stayed here in November 2011. I must say that I was very impressed by this hotel. The room that I stayed in was massive. It had two double beds, a lounge, plasma tv, all the bells and whistles. The bathroom also had plenty of place. The decor was very modern. The staff were very helpful with all my questions... More
