1. Helpful staff. Chief complaint was that the conceirge was perpertually busy. I hope the hotel would have more than one staff attending to the desk. 2. Arrived after a long flight and tried to check in. An early arrival had been confirmed but there was not any room available. Had to wait for 2 hours and was after that asked to pay a 30% early checkin fee. Room was fine with a good sized bed and a flat screen tv. For internet access you pay 22000KRW... more
My partner and I recently stayed at the Westin Chosun Hotel - A convenient but ageing hotel in the heart of Seoul.
