I have stayed at this hotel an a few occasion and always found the staff friendly and the hotel a comfortable place to stay. There are lots of interesting sculptures around the foyer area and on all the sleeping levels. A good bar overlooking the foyer area with a good pianist in attendance or another, darker, bar with live entertainment... More

We are having a wonderful stay here. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the location is first rate and the staff is courteous and accommodating. The hotel sits atop a 10 story mall and has access to the Korean railway system without heading outdoors. Central City is also adjacent and between the mall and Central City you have everything you need.... More

WOW! What a hotel and staff! Courteous, Friendly, professional and always available. I have stayed at MANY hotels around the world and many J.W. Marriott’s as well. This one is the Best Marriott I have ever stayed at and one of the top 5 hotels I have ever been in. I arrived at GMP airport, and took the Subway line... More

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very nice and the service is good. There is plenty of food nearby and there is also a Cigar Store in the lobby which I like.

We stayed in this hotel on business for 3 nights. From the word go, everything about this hotel was ridiculously expensive and we felt like we were being milked for every penny they could get out of us rather than being able to appreciate and enjoy our stay. The common areas of the hotel were nice, though fairly average for... More

We stayed at the JW Marriott Seoul for two nights on a stopover before heading back to the USA. For Seoul, the hotel offers an excellent location. It costs about $10 one way to get from the hotel to “hot spots” like shopping. Yes you can use the subway but communication was a problem for us as we do not... More

TripAdvisor review JW Marriot  Stayed in a Superior King City View on 10 th floor in April 2012 for 1 week.  Bus from Incheon ICN airport. The 6040 takes you direct to Marriott however runs to a blastedly inconvenient schedule of approx 1-3 hours. I took the 6020, runs every 20mins, helpful attendant loads & unloads your bags giving you... More

Likes: almost everything. Great reception, courteous staff, luxury surroundings, great restaurants, nice linen, bathroom, everything you'd expect for the price........except the dirty swimming pool. I've stayed at this hotel 7 times and on 3 separate occasions I've developed an ear infection after swimming in the pool......could be coincidence but I don't think so.

I really love this hotel! I stayed there in June 2008 and again in March 2012. I originally picked this hotel as it was near to the meetings I was attending, and it was recommended. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, including a supermarket and food hall, as well as a bus terminal with local food stalls for... More

This hotel has great physical amenties, including the gym and hot springs in the basement, but for me, it lacks the wecloming personality of JW in Hong Kong, or Marriott in Singapore. Staff go out of their way to stick to regulations, rather than out of their way to help you. We had many problems with communication. I know that... More
