I had a room with a window but I had to ask it wasn't offered or mentioned till I asked. The shower took forever to get hot (warm) but the room was clean and comfortable. Dont waste your money in the restraunt, overpriced and very average quality. Continental breakfast a joke, slice of toast, coffee and fruit juice 20 bucks.... More

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. The room was very clean, but the layout of the room is a little bit strange since you can barely open the wardrobe but anyway instead of being annoying that issue was funny. The buffet at night is very good, with a lot of different dishes from fish to kimchi. I would recommend... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October after carefully reading the many reviews of Seoul hotels. ****MAKE SURE YOU GET A ROOM WITH A WINDOW!!!*** The first night our room had no window and was unbelievably hot - well into the 80s and there was nothing that could be done to cool it... BW New Soul hotel is an average hotel, with small dark rooms, modestly equipped and furnished. However, its location is convinient for sight-seeing and shopping trips. Convenience stores and restaurants situated close by are handy. Also the nearby Metro station provides good connectivity.

Got 2 connecting large rooms for our family. They were very large - almost like suites with a separate sitting area and coffee table. The rooms were very clean and the decor was minimalist modern. Plenty of space for the kids to run around in. The hotel is used to foreign tourists, and it seems many come from Japan and... More

It's quite apparent the staff has not much interest to entertain guests who're not Korean. Asked for a Map, reply was 'no more' and nothing further offered. Asked for a cab, curt reply was '(in front of) Starbucks'. I wouldn't dare venture asking for recommended sights and restaurants. Feeling was that I was imposing on them with these questions. Stayed in this hotel with family for 5 nights on our visit to Seoul. It was my first time in Seoul and I chose this hotel because I had approximately 950 dollars in gift cards that I needed to use up from Best Western. I booked online via the best western website and was really looking forward to the stay.... More

The BW New Seoul Hotel has a great location. I chose this hotel because I had some work at the US Embassy in Seoul and this hotel is quite close to it. The hotel is directly across the street from the Koreana hotel (which is where the airport shuttle bus 6701 stops) so getting there is really convenient. It is... More

The Best Western New Seoul Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seoul just behind the City Hall. Walking distance to the metro lines 1 and 2 as well as the underground shopping complex. Branch of Starbucks is just outside. It is close to many authentic Korean restaurants within the business district – it’s great to watch “salarymen” getting merry and... More

They investigated this without letting the hotel to know. the officer of NEMA called me twice, before visiting this hotel and after visiting. the report of them arrived at my home today. 1.
