I stayed here 4 nights. It's clean and quiet. It's about a 5 - 10 min walk to get to either one of two subway stations. Food and shopping is on the way to the Yeongdeungpo station as well as in the station. Some of the staff speak good enough English but not all of them.

The rooms are dark and gloomy, the bathroom was awful the lights were red mixed with yellow and green. When we checked in earlier (10:00AM) they charged us 25,000 won. Trash from other customers were left in the trash bin in the bathroom. Used soap was left in the soap dish and the shower and lights were malfunctioning, the lights... More

That cliché phrase "You get what you pay for" exists for a reason. Here I thought I found quite the bargain. $80 for a double twin in August? That's a bargain. The staff is nice and accommodating. Luckily, language isn't that big of a problem for me (I am Korean-American, grew up speaking Korean with my parents) so maybe that's... More

Location-wise, Yeungdeong-po is not convenient for either leisure or business purpose. Seoul is very spead out so even though it looks close to some places it is actually a lot further than you may expect. For example it takes 30mins from the hotel to CIty Hall by taxi. The closest subway station is 10-15mins walk. I am told by my... More

We booked a semi-double which was a good size for 2 of us. Very clean inside with it's jacuzzi bath and a good selection of toiletries. TV mainly Korean but we were able to watch some films in English. Just be careful of the soft porn channels if you have children. The staff didn't speak the best of English, but... More

I went to Seoul and stayed at Hotel Dodo. I read a couple of reviews before making my way there. When you reach the airport, go to your hotel by their subway station at the Incheon International Hotel, basically connects everywhere you want to go. Staff - Very Friendly and helpful. However, downside was the Manager's English was really limited.... More

Sadly, one of the main things that sold me on the Dodo and was really looking forward to was the Jacuzzi ... and the bubbles didn't work. My friend and I asked about it, if we could please change to a room with a working Jacuzzi, but nothing was available. I then asked if they could give us a small... More

(Lots of free goodies to use - Night suit, slippers, Jacuzi which you cannot expect in such less room rate.) Free water- as much as you want and free coffee, tea, orange juice in room Free... More

After laughing about the name, and marveling that it was the only hotel with 1 room left in the entire area, I was surprised at the size of the room, good in room ammenities, jacuzzi tub, etc. Priced right too. Not a bad deal.. The one small window was a bummer though. Grea aside from the lack of view

Nice cozy hotel, safe , secure, near train station, convenience store next door, Free parking. Only bad is that it is in a industrial area (heavy equipment supply & trade supply store area.) My Yobo (Honey) didn't quite like the local but I'm in construction so I didn't mind. Hotel is an excellence value and rooms are cozy and seem... More
