We lived in Georgia for several years and visited Betsy's often, especially for the Friday evening snacks and drinks frequented by ex-pats. This was the first time that we stayed in the hotel, and it was a nice experience. The hotel is perched in the hills overlooking the city and there are terrific views of Tbilisi from the restaurant terrace. More
