For Tbilisi it is better than average, but not quite there to be 'very good' thus three dots in the rating as there are no half dots available. When I've visited Tbilisi (before moving here) I always enjoyed staying at Betsy's. It's clean, modern, up-to-date with great facilities. Now that I am based here it is the place I recommend for colleagues and for meetings. They do a great job with conferences and everything is always exactly right. Betsy's Hotel is a wonderful, economic place to stay in Tbilisi. High on the side of the mountain, the views are spectacular but the walk up the hill is challenge even for the very fit.
