we have stayed there for 2 days, and overall the good hotel. very friendly staff, great location (just 2 minutes walk from the main streets), great view from the hotel rooms, however very poor breakfast. nice large parking.

If you like the small hotels and the personal service, heading to Tbilisi will bring you to this hotel. Don't expect too much from the furniture and interior, but the location is great, few minutes from most of the local must see places.

Location is central, a few blocks from Freedom Square and right in the Old Town. However, the road to the hotel is slightly uphill - in case that will bother you walking back and forth. Very friendly people who provide a huge delicious breakfast. Nice arty decor. Best rooms have a traditional Tbilisi balcony with views over the old town. Also, check out the gorgeous and friendly roof bar of the nearby hotel "Sharden". Prices very reasonable and views of old town at night beautiful.
