The rooms were OK…and that’s all on positive note. We stayed there for 2 nights, one – before our Myanmar trip, and the last one just before we left the country. The room was not clean (look behind the door while cleaning, after all, we do need to close the bathrooom door). The whole atmospehere was old and dirty (towels, bedclothes, tableclothes etc.). I was a part of a tourists group and this was the feeling among the group.

Friendly staff, mediocre breakfast, dated and dirty rooms the entire hotel needs a paint job You get what you pay for.

We choose this hotel because of it's location next to central train station. Finally it is not the best location for the rest of the city so you'll have to take a cab around. Clean and adequate, breakfast and restaurant good enough. So it did the job well...just don't try to get ore dinner drinks in the lobby...this isn't the Strand.

Overall view: Not so many things around by walking distance but it's easy to get a taxi from there. Amenities & room: Free internet, clean room and bathroom. Food: not the best on earth, breakfast selection is a bit light. Service: nice & attentive
