Rooms are clean; breakfast above average (toast, eggs, and fruit - but unfortunately the ubiquitous 3 in 1 coffee), AC and hot water work, and they have a safe deposit box for your valuables (although the chance of getting robbed in Myanmar must be close to zero). Within walking distance of train station, and Scott Market (15 minutes).
