Despite early booking and payment, plus confirming email before leaving Australia the paid for "beach front room" we were allocated was hidden at the far end of the resort with no actual view of the beach. Fantastic place to stay and relax. everyone was incredibly helpful. The only thing I would have liked would be a gym. There were no easy snacks available on the site.
