It is a typical guest house and very comfortable. I was without my loved one on this trip and the two bedroom unit was perhaps too spacious for one person. I did however manage to get some sleep despite the roosters alarm clock at all hours of the night early morning. I would recommend this place for anyone who is... More

We were met at the Airport by Neal. Great shuttle service to Kololis. There is not alot of shopping on the Island so dont go expecting lots of shops. Exactly what we wanted. The swimming, snockelling is fantastic & kololis is just along the road from a beautiful place to swim & snockel. 2 minutue walk. Bliss sitting in a... More

Neil meet us at the airport and for the next week was there for us to help or just tell us what it was like to live in Niue. We were upgraded to one of his cottages which are great. Everything that one needs is in them, including the geckos. Rupina, Neils wife, has made & printed out the bedspreads... More

Kololi's was such a good stay for what we paid - the roosters were very loud, as all the other reviews have stated, but I am fairly sure that would be a Niue-wide problem. We booked a twin single room and were given an enormous room with a queen sized bed and a single, a little patio with its own... More

Neil was there to pick me up at the airport on arrival and I always felt that I could ask for his help. He upgraded me from the original guesthouse booking into the motel unit, private and comfortable. The roosters were great!

This is what could be a wonderful place to stay if it had resident caretakers to do the basics every day. The roosters and dogs at night are a problem. I sleep through most things but these were incredibly noisy. roosters start at midnight for 1/2 hour then at periods through the night. then the dogs fight. I know they... More

I stayed at Kololi's for a week and i found the place to be clean/neat. I stayed at the main house, in the upper room and the facilities were lovely considering the price we had to pay for accommodation i.e it was very reasonable. The house was kept clean and the towels and so forth were changed as requested. The... More

Sorry this review is a bit of a mixed bag - we did not see the inside of the bungalows but stayed in the main guest house which we had to ourselves. From what I heard from others the bungalows might have been kept up better. This was rather palacial in size and has a great layout (if there had... More
