Way overpriced, the indoor pool was freezing, the hot tub luke warm, dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, bad breakfast.. We have family in area, but no way will stay here again. We will stay 40 miles away and drive from K.C. If it wasn't one of two hotels in the area, no way it would be in breakfast.
