I'd been reccomended Entresol Aparthotel by a fellow treveller met in Brazil a couple of weeks before. This was in Spring 2008. The place was Ok, but no more than that. I believe that for what they offer they should charge 10-15 euros less, at least.
Breakfast was really basic, youth hostel style, let's say, cleaning and attention from stuff...

The price for the appartment was high. You get a breakfast and wireless internet, but it doesn't make the price right.
Our roof leaked after it had rained, our toilet leaked after flushing it. (these problemsThe owner was too lazy to solve these problems, which were there for a couple of months.
