Great location - near the river banks and about 5-10 minutes walk from the historic inner city (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Very friendly staff and the rooms have an airco. There is a gift shop and a tourist information centre in the building. You can also rent (cheap) bicycles which is a very nice way to explore the city. I... More

If your heading to Suriname and reading this you've done more research then I did - but luckily I stumbled upon Zus & Zu! This place is a fantastic Guesthouse, great tours can be booked from the lobby, the bar/restaurant are perfect places to relax and meet other travelers. Great place in a perfect location in Paramaribo. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is good. Opportunity to rent bikes.

Zus & Zo Guesthouse is situated in a beautiful colonial building, just opposite of the Palm Tree Garden. 5 bedrooms sit atop a longue, which sits upon a restaurant - 2 rooms with four single beds and 3 rooms with two single beds.
