Don't expect true Starwood service here! Pretty decent hotel as far as location, lounge, pool, etc. The staff are all professional and polite, but they're service is only commensurate with the price you pay for your room. Probably the best hotel in Asuncion. The staff is very nice. Nicely located in front of a major mall. The employees are wonderful and go out of their way to help you and always smile.
