There are not a lot of Hotels downtown. Safe, poor wifi, the AC leaked (they did fix it), cheap, some staff had poor English, others were good. It is a good 3* Hotel, and the breakfast is good. I would stay here again if I was paying, but this was a business trip and the Oil Co' were very cheap... More

This hotel is on the center of downtown Cayenne. It is a nice, clean hotel. Not fancy, not modern bu everything works. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Service was good. Internet connection was terrible.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, right in the center of Cayenne and next to the police station. It's very safe; all the gendarmes stay here. This hotel is convenient to the city center of Cayenne but is an average property. Staff are well intentioned but not necessarily well informed or able to help. Whilst not exactly great the hotel is probably the best value for money in Cayenne - definitely much better than staying in the larger chain hotels. It's an ok hotel, but nothing special, and not worth a 100 euro. It's a bit old, bathroom was huge but couldn't use the bath tub :( For the wifi you had to login every 5 minutes, annoying. Staff was very friendly though.
