“Bring your ear plugs”

Hotel Bacata has seen better days. The location on a busy street corner makes it very noisy. The staff is willing, the beds comfortable and the bathroom old but OK. Food in the pizza parlor was acceptable but nothing great. Look around before deciding where to lay your head in Bogota. More

Sink and shower water was all mud. I was told to let the water run for a while to fix it. After two days I requested a new room. To change rooms took forever. At last, I was moved to another room with cleaner water but it was a considerable downgraded in bed and bedding quality (more like old rags!),... More

The stay was fine but somebody stole my professional camera hadbag and wallet from my room. I received back the handbag empty a while ago. The Hotel promised to do something. I am still waiting. More
