Actually, there is hot water and the location is almost good. They have to improve in such small things like provide bath facilities ( shampoo and others ) and the quality of internal acoustic isolation . It s a decent place, but it s not a Boutique, it s a small hotel.

the worse place and services in Bogota. Never rent an apartment with them. they apartments does not has heat water, elevator. The kitchen and bath were very dirty and old. So expense comparate with other apartments in the city.

The hotel is located in the area of Chico, and a couple of blocks away from Parque 93 where there are many restaurants and bars (a Colombian friend referred to it as the 2nd Zona Rosa).
