we paid about $70 per night and for that price it was a really good deal, includes full breakfast. It is located in Santa Barbara a nice neighborhood and close to Usaquen. I would stay there again for that price!

stayed there for 10 days, was clean, comfortable, had friendly staff, cared for me. Location was good, and at 50US a night, a good deal for the location. Needs some work on the wi fi since, while free, sometimes gave a little trouble.
