This hotel is a very cool place. We had a room with a small balcony and a wonderful view of the Candelaria area. Conveniently located, close to pretty much everything a tourist wants to see in this city.

I truly believe Casa Deco is THE place to stay in Bogotá if you want to get to know the city.
I'll be totally honest: when we booked this hotel, I had a lot of concerns regarding safety due to some reviews I'd read in Trip Advisor and the sadly earned reputation Bogotá has become famous for.

if you think Candalaria will be charming bohemian think again. This is scruffy, poor, down at heel downtown Bogota which is covered in graffiti and is dangerous at night time. The hotel tries its best in a horrible neighbourhood. They have a security guard outside the locked entrance and the staff are very security aware. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean...

Would highly recommend this hotel - the location is great - very central, can walk to everywhere. The rooms are very nice, bright & modern. The staff were really helpful & the breakfast was very good. Overall a great hotel & would stay here again.

Everything is good about this little gem in Bogota. Although they forgot to pick us up at the Airport, after a national colombian flight and we had to take a cab back to the hotel, I would highly recommend it.
I took my husband to Bogota for the first time, he loved the hotel (my aunt and I too). Please...
