Alegria's hostel is a very friendly, welcoming hostel where you feel immediatly at home. We stayed here for two nights in the private double upstairs - possibly the best view you will ever have from a hostel bedroom! The room is a loft conversion and has huge windows looking out over Bogota. Amazing. The hostel itself is full of character as well. Recommended. More

We booked Alegria's Hostel on Hostelworld. However when we arrived they told us they were full so they would move us to Alegria's House which is in my opinion is a lot nicer than the hostel!
