We stayed here 2 times for 3 night. Nice and tranquil space. Very kind personal at reception. Just 10 to 15 minutes walking from the Sagarnaga and only 2,5 blockes north of Plaza Murillo.
Breakfast is basic but OK.

Pros: Really helpfull and friendly staff!!! Nice atmosphere, quiet rooms, (pretty fast) computer available, WiFi, laundry service works, breakfast included, TV in room Cons: WiFi not in all rooms, no heating, electric heating for showers, no kitchen, uphill (but taxis through the whole city are 10 Bs.)

We vastly preferred this place to the more backpacker-oriented hostels in La Paz (adventure brew etc). The staff are very friendly and warm, and would always call taxis for us.
