The hotel's location has stunning views and the service and support was excellent, especially Fabiana. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer a complimentary car or shuttle service to the beach, Punta del Este or surrounding area. It was $40US to get anywhere. The atmosphere is more for couples and not very conducive to meeting other travelers. More
