This place is amazing value for money. Brand new with great facilities. the staff are wonderful, the food is exquisite. Easily a 5 star service. I recommend this to everyone.

honestly speaking, cristal hotel salam exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect. it can even surpass, i believe, some five star hotels in abu dhabi in terms of service, the hotel ambiance and the quality of rooms. we felt very much pampered by all the staff who never get tired of smiling and they treated us like VIPs. the food...

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel because of the nice management and stuff services pluse I got a free breakfast and they have upgraded me to a bigger room I am pretty sure that they have very competitive price

i stayed at this hotel twice during a business trip. On arrival I was immediately upgraded to an executive suite and treated like I was the only guest in the hotel...it wasn't busy but it was impeccable service.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and we really appreciated our stay. It was an amazing hotel for the price that we payed. The staff is really helpful and always smiling. The only downside is that the pool closes early, but everything else was perfect!

I stayed in Cristal Salam Hotel twice for 2 nights and each time I faced friendly, helpful and smiling staff. The quality of rooms exceeded my expectations. Great beds, superb bathrooms and high quality that you can experience with all these hotel's details.

Thank you to all the staff who wear smile and accomodate me from the entrance up going to reception but I hope there will be additional staff to assist visitor up to the room. In fairness to the hotel. It is clean and tidy. I will still surely be back here.
