Staff are really friendly and helpful I'm surprised I actually stayed at Hilton the day before and believe it or not crystal hotel madinat zayed are much better with customer care and service unlike the Hilton completely rude forgetting that we are the customers. The hotel's location was perfectly convenient for my goals: walking distance to the Corniche, near to major city and inter-emirate bus lines, and very close to shopping. Staff and facilities were exemplary in all regards.
