Metropolitan Palace is a good elegant business hotel; the rooms are clean and well equipped with particular attention to details typical of the Arabs (The owners are from Dubai ). When you first go into the hotel, you are amazed by the wonderful Lobby!! and that's not all, the attention to detail, warm furniture and personalized service really impressed me. the hotel is not in the heart of the city, however, it only takes 7 minutes to get there. We had the honeymoon suit, the room was big with excellent view over all beirut :) such a calm area, you could hear no voice.. the room service is perfect especially the breakfast in bed, the bathroom is AMAZING including bath tub and SHOWER the reception is so luxurious, and receptionist are every professional they treat well overall thers's nothing... more

i went to this hotel and it is lovely very luxurious but the management they keep one employee who was trying his best in the bar to serve all but how can someone do it. A huge bar full of people and one employee working running, he was late but we even gave him tips because he tried his best... more
