Booked the banquet hall for my wedding reception and recieved a complementary night stay. Rooms were tip top, clean. Bed was very comfy and had a good night sleep. Hotel has more than one restaurant and serve a variety of cuisines. Room service was prompt. Hotel was not located in the city so need a cab to take you around.... More

So we arrived here approximately 12pm and were told that they had overbooked but that we were being moved for the night in to the very nearby hyatt suites- apparently a sister hotel. we asked why we couldnt have our room- no answer and then were called stupid by the supposed manager in bengali- nice touch. he did however say... “Decent hotel in the centre of Kuwait”

A non-nonsense hotel with all amenities in the centre of Kuwait, this is a good place for business travellers.

I stayed at this hotel by the end of June 2010. Actually it was a miserable accommodation. Hotel is not clean. I found Geckos in my room. it is not easy to sleep while feeling something is moving around. Unexpected service. i don't recommand anybody to try it.

I'm not too sure how to describe to abject horror of staying in the Kuwait "Hyatt". To be fair to Hyatt, I don't actually think this was one of their hotels (wrong branding etc.). Location Iffy. Exterior Shoddy. Room: Absolutely no light on or near desk. Floor lamp had to be moved from other side of room and plugged into a power strip (along with my laptop) normally used for the TV. Did not live up to the Hyatt name in any sense! Exterior appearance...rundown. Location...iffy. Room: No lighting anywhere near the desk!
