“When Bahrain is back to business as usual, this merits your choice”

I have travelled all over the world for the last 24 years staying in many good and bad hotels. The California Hotel, Bahrain, I have to say, by far, is the very WORST I have ever stayed in. It was filthy, noisy, dusty, scruffy, smelly and quite obviously a glorified brothel! Im sorry, I cannot phrase it any better than... More

This hotel has to be the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at, mold in the bathroom, windows that have no screens and would not close allowing the mosquitoes from the landfill across the street to swarm in my room, no bedside lights, raw sewage bubbling up thru the bathroom floor when the toilet... More
