I had a day meeting, the set up was good, butler was very helpful, food is great, Spa and bowling staff were great, the lobby and public area are mazing, however rooms style is normal. Front Office and Restaurant staff need some training.

I stayed five nights at the Riyadh Ritz. The hotel is the best in Riyadh. An oasis in the middle of concrete structure all around the city with little vegetation.

Wow Hotel in Riyadh never like it in the KSA, the elegant look like a royal palace and interior fantastic decor and lobby, every corner is great experience as a royal palace the bad points are the service and the staff they are not nice at all and they should have training to know how to treat there guests like... I was really looking forward to writing this review prior to actually staying... Now... Im disappointed... I thought I would treat my husband and I to a child free night so choose the ritz based on price, compared to other big hotels here, and out of interest. I had heard that it was extreme and it did deliver. The lobby... More

The lobby and pool areas are opulent and the service is generally friendly. The rooms, however, are very disappointing - no separate shower, scratchy sheets etc etc. The location is also rather incovenient. Had high hopes for this hotel, as no new hotels have opened up in Riyadh for some time, but this one is a disappointment. Back to the... More

This brand new hotel is opulent! The architecture and gardens are quiet spectacular as you enter the main gate. The public spaces are HUGE; rooms are about average for a luxury hotel. Service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There are several problems though. At the moment there is only one restaurant and every meal is a lavish... More

This grand hotel gives an insight into local culture as well outstanding service. In a strictly Islamic country, the hotel doesn't appear to have any female staff but all staff were friendly and obliging. The large restaurant was virtually empty during our visits but the buffet - both breakfast and dinner - was outstanding and, again, came with high quality... More

This is a beautiful structure and well worth staying at - my suite was very comfortable and both the levels of service and attention from staff all very professional. The food outlets were excellent and the quality of such a high standard. I will most definitely stay here again.

The look is fabulous and the building is perfect. The rooms are fine and remind me of almost every other good hotel. I was impressed at first but the room service and room were ok.

They said we would never again see a new palace hotel open, that the Imperial gems of Europe were the last of this, the ultimate phenomena of decadence. Yet The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh; completed as a palace of the Al Saud is one of the few things on Earth that truly must be seen, to be experienced, for one to truly... More
