Thanks to a really irresponsible travel agent, the three of us landed up at this hotel....the property is a bit rundown and does carry an 80's feel to it, in terms of its upkeep....the staff appear to be quite helpful, the location isnt exactly central if you are in riyadh for business..the only saving grace is the price....

It was OK stay in the hotel. Got a room on the 5th Floor. The food was good. It was easy to get a cab. The cleanness ok on a average. The stay was quite good.

I booked this hotel thru a reference in Saudi Arabia. The experience was not good. The staff was unfriendly and hence made the stay uncomfortable. Old property, with above average rooms, but rates are on liltle expensive side, less staff, theres a really good restaurant just opposite to this hotel.
