Lights in the hotel could not be switched off at night. Had to unscrew the bulbs to sleep. Refrigerator was disconnected and had to drink normal water. Room Service did not answer at all, it kept ringing and the staff called in after an hour. Wall around the switches and a/c controls were dirty. Overall, very disappointing stay. Stayed here for week. Check-in was very smooth and the front office staff are very courteous. They did allow early check-in Rooms are big and very comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious too. Bed is cosy but pillows are not comfortable to sleep. Rooms are carpeted and housekeeping do not vaccum the floor regularly. Hence can see a lot of dust... More

I would accept and give it Excellent degree if they told me its 3 stars ... Dont search for his location on google maps because you wouldnt find the right direction and no one knows where is it Try to call the receiption when you get lost Room is very clean but breakfast is very poor .

Even if they give you free room, don't stay there and prefer another hotel, all they care is money, nothing else. No customer satisfaction at all, dont even try asking for early check in even if the have available rooms.

great hotel for business, clean, spacious staff are great helpful, i had an issue with the pillows but overall it is a great value for money. i always stay there now

i always prefer this hotel , room is very very comfortable , staff are very fast , although last visit there was a mistake in the front desk ,, breakfast has nice variety , location is near my work

The location is perfect but its pricey for a very bad service. Food is also very poor.
