I went for Ummrah with my wife; I arrived before checkin time which is 2 pm. I spoke to the front offices manager; he was so friendly person with great skill of communication. the room was nice and clean "I liked it. the Haram was very close to the hotel less than 5 minutes walk.

“Nice Choice for Omrah”

I stayed there for couple of days for Umrah, and for sure I will stay in the same hotel next time I am in Makkah. it is near Haram, and the check-in and check-out couldn't be easier. The room service food was very good. Rooms were clean and staff treat you as you are at home

“Convenient and comfortable”

We stayed for eight days with son and his wife and four kids. We took a two bedroom suite for living space and an additional standard room for additional beds. “Everything seems like a struggle at this hotel”

Probably this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I have been to 3 stars hotels which were much better. “the best buffet breakfast”

this is a very decent hotel for families and couples and very close to the holy mosque. the rooms are clean and very spacious. we had B&B package. the variety for breakfast was unbelievable, i have never seen so many varieties. if you are a good eater this could be your lunch and breakfast. overall very good

“great hotel just right on haram”

This is a great hotel with good nice rooms. We were in group of 4 and checked-in to a 2 bed room apartment with full amenities , 2 bed rooms, 2 tvs, dinning area, kitchen. Elevators were fast so reaching haram at any time of the prayer was not a problem.
