In fact the Wi-Fi connection is on, by it is not connected to the internet. When I discuss this issue, the supervisor... More

The hotel is located about 1700m from Al-Masjid Al-Haram but has free shuttle buses to transport visitors between the hotel and Al-Masjid Al-Haram approximately every five to ten minutes 24hrs a day. Although it is categorized as a 5 stars hotel, it does not even reach a 4 star rank. I went with my family and friends for Omrah trip... More

Although the hotel is categorized by the Saudi tourist authority as a five star Hotel, it is not really at that standard, I would give it 3 - 4 stars. Despite that one of our twoo booked rooms was not ready when we arrived at 17:00, Check in was smooth, and the 3 level underground parking is a blessing, especially... More

Hotel check in was smooth, rooms had cotton sheets. We were a family of six from California and I would put this hotel on par with a Marriott. Breakfast was good, but not over the top in the way of choices. They gave us a late check out of two pm with no extra fees. Rooms were a bit dark... More

Travelled to Mecca from Riyadh in a business trip. The stay was for one night. The hotel is not so far from the Holy mosque (Almasjid Al-haram) with easy drive/walk. The room was very clean and well furnished. The restaurant also was nice. The breakfast menu was serving regular arabic breakfast-food. The price compared to the quality and vicinity is... More

My Family and I went for Omra during the Holy month of Ramadan, one of the HIGHEST season in the area. Waiting for 20 minutes to check-in in the hotel was something we expected but did not appreciate since the receptionist were very slow, the manager had to come help them out and speed up the process. The room was... More
