The rooms overlooking the swimming pool are small but nice with a little balcony. However the ones for 3 people are sad, just a basic room. All of them have a very tiny bathroom. My wife and I stayed at the Mariam this Oct. 13, 14 and 15. Dirty lobby, dirty stairs, dirty balcony and awful room. No water pressure.
