Asked for a double bed and early check out at 3 am for international flight. Got a room with 2 singles on top of the restaurant where a live band were playing all night. Staff Very hesitant to ammend. Got woke up call 1 hour earlier than asked and breakfast box consisted of 3 old croissants in plastic bag. Very... More

I only recommend for families with small children but I\d definitely return. Some details: Rooms: Definitely opt for "deluxe" rooms which are in the new wing of the hotel. These rooms are much nicer than the old ones. Overall, the deluxe rooms are nice but could be so much nicer if the hotel invested a bit more in maintenance and... More

The hotel is not bad, not luxurious but comfortable, clean, views, private pools and private access to the Dead Sea. Not many dining options besides the buffet and sports bar, but we made do and it turned out fine. The rooms were large and bathrooms clean.

Food was OK, in parts even great. The first night, we were acommodated in a kind of maintenance room next to the laundry as we had checked in in the evening. We were promised a king size bed room the next day. Apart from not having slept well,, the following day we had to go up to the reception 4... More

This hotel has so much potential, right on the Dead Sea but is let down by its attitude. Wi-fi was available but at an extortionate price. It was the only 4star we encountered in our stay in Jordan that charged for wi-fi. Service was terrible our room hadn't been properly replenished one day and it took three trips to reception... More

The hotel is very good for a dead sea experience, but I wouldn't say the same if we are searching for a hotel / beach vacancies, because after one day we get full of it... Anyway, I've no doubts that this was the best hotel I've been on Jordan during my stay. The rooms are great, with a nice bathroom.... More

I would not recommend this hotel. The service and facilities are too poor to recommend for the price. Here are some of the problems we encountered: *Toilet broken- had to call twice for repair before the problem was rectified *Electricity outages *No gym as advertised *No salon as advertised *Card key was perpetually dysfunctional which was rather inconvenient *POOR SERVICE

Terrible customer service, room had stained pillow without pillowcase left on end of (badly made) bed. Toilet didn't flush, had staff come to try and fix it while we went to the pool. Returned two hours later, bathroom flooded, staff still working on it. Requested room change, was told we would get a call back that did not come. Room... More

If you are looking for a place where to put you language and shower as you will be out all day this is the place. The hotel has few swimming pools and opposite to the Dead Sea, however I would not say it’s the best place to be. Poorly maintained I won’t go back as it doll and boring
