Shepherd hotel failed to honour airport collection. The room was freezing as was the bathroom. Only a small fan heater provided. Mini bar empty and had been kicked in. Tepid water (in February). Dreadful food and unhelpful staff.Expensive at £50 for a double. The Rough Guide should revisit smartly to reassess.
