Doing re-innovation but still the same personal touch and comfortable hotel although some hotels may have better facilities until re-innovation is finished but they have got the best staff i did deal with brilliant location helpful staff I'm going again in 2 days and will definitely be there More

Staying now in the Club Floor on 9th. Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff. Serious issue with the renovation work that is going on in the floors below me. The Hyatt has flats in a separate building behind the hotel. The flats are large with great views. All necessary accessories are available (BIG TV, oven,washer/drier/fridge etc). Guests still have access to the hotel amenities. Gym is well equipped and the in door pool is perfect during winter. More

Very comfortable, well-situated hotel. We like to exercise and the gym is well equipped. The buffet breakfast is abundant, well-presented and varied with lots of healthy choices. Staff was helpful. The hotel restaurant is very good, though expensive, though some other good places are within walking distance or a short taxi ride. More
