The hotel is one of the best in Jordans. Service is good and infrastructure is excellent. You can get Internet WIFI service free at recepction, including use of computers. I moved to the Sheraton after a disappointing experience at the Marriott. The differences are amazing. Beautiful entrance but something missing. Got given a smoking room when we specifically asked not to have one. Hotel service little slap dash, swimming pool staff absolutely fab but pool area could have done with a bit of a clean up. On business trip and often a bar and food were needed later and the bars closed early???
