We stayed here two nights on a tour of Jordan. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a good view of the city. The only disappointment was the noisy air conditioning: the alternative was opening the window, which cooled the room, but let in the noise from the traffic and the wedding reception below. We liked the breakfast, and the... More

Good business location (lots of traffic, though), service is average, room condition is a coin flip. I had my wedding here and stayed in the royal suite. It wasn't clean and some doors didn't close! Lots of hiccups in the wedding as well. Then again, I stayed at a suite and it was excellent all around. The food is excellent... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night over the weekend. We were upgraded to a suite, so the room was spacious. The hotel has a nice pool. Breakfast was good. All in all it was a positive stay.

We stayed at the Marriott Amman for a night before heading to Petra. The hotel was very good. We had requested for an extra bed. However, our room was very small and after putting in the extra bed, there was hardly any space to move around or open suitcases. The breakfast was good. On the whole, the stay was good.

We were greeted by a strong security presence at the entrance to the hotel which we completely understand and appreciate. I don't quite understand a previous reviewers surprise at that, as it is now a common practice in all Nth African hotels, Our hotels in Cairo for example were very fastidious in this regard. Thanks for being so security conscious... More

Arriving around 1:00 am after a late flight, we arrived at the Marriott in Amman and were surprised to see armed guards around the property. Having never traveled to Jordan (but to other Middle Eastern countries), we didn't realise the hotels have airport-like security screening before you can enter the hotel lobby. Once we entered the hotel we were greeted... More

This hotel reaches a five star rating from me thanks to the service provided by a waiter. Badran provided an exceptional level of service and truly make us feel welcome. He greeted us with a smile every morning and was falling all over himself to provide us with anything we needed. The hotel room was smallish, which we spent little... More

On the return of our 2 week trip to Jordan we had another overnight in Amman. This time we chose the Marriott instead of the Four Seasons. I have to say, the Marriott does a fine job. As with my review of the Four Seasons, I had to use a different adapter in the room - this is something about... More

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott for two nights. Our check-in was easy and the staff very helpful. The service was good. The rooms were good, with all the amenities that we required (kettle, mini-bar fridge, king size bed, iron, iron board, hairdryer). There is nothing outstanding about the hotel. As we were sightseeing, we spent very little... More

We stayed for one night here after arriving in Amman from the UK and prior to travelling to Petra. It is a very nice hotel. A good quality finish, good size and pleasant rooms and attentive staff. We felt the restaurant slightly lacked character (though we were eating late which may have accounted for some of it) and the "Sports... More
