Excellent service, clean rooms, lovely breakfast and most importantly really kind staff who even opened the restaurant for us 2 am when we arrived from the airport. Internet connection is not great but gets faster after midnight. We highly recommend this hotel.

The position is not excellent but taxis are very cheap in Amman, despite traffic is tremendous. Rooms on the road side are very noisy and during the night the traffic disturbs a bit. i stayed in Retaj 3 times. the location is close to everything you need in Amman. you almost find everything you need in this hotel,,the hotel is very clean. food is not that much but you can always go out..
