We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is average but very convenient to what we paid. The staff is very friendly, flexible and cooperative. I do recommend it to budget travelers.

Stayed here in August on 2 occasions for 1 night each time. Staff very helpful, gave brilliant recommendations for dinner, and organised a taxi to take us to the JET bus in the morning. If you don't expect much, it's a ok stay. Free internet. Located near restaurants (just down the street), near the Citadel (just up the hill), near shops near markets (zouqs). Staff is helpfull, especially the young clerk.

Stayed overnight prior to tripto Petra. Hotel hard to find in dirty street. Room was not clean, lacking amenities and aurcon not working. Our room was changed but new room was not much better. One member of staff helpful but others not. Cheap but even so not value for money. Avoid.
