We arrived here after our journey from Damascus and found the staff to be quite cold, maybe we had just been spoilt by the wonderful Syrian people. Managed to haggle 10JD off the cost of the room which I thought was very expensive. Our first room had a horrible view and the towels did not smell clean at all. Moaned... More

We stayed three nights as part of a tour we bought. We seemed to be the only ones there so they had no hot water for our morning shower. This changed when they had larger tour groups staying at the hotel. Meals were satisfactory individual and varied until tour groups arrived which meant that we could partake of buffet breakfasts... We spent three nights in this very nice hotel. The room was nice and clean, beds OK but the A/C was a little "tired" but worked. The breakfast was of ordinary "middleeaststandard", no such luxery as omelets and scrambled eggs, just tea, jam and chese. The location is very convenient, a long step takes you downtown i just a few... More

The room was nice with good furniture and a functional bathroom. The view was the back staircase & the cliff wall. At least it was quiet. Very negative: the carpet…. I am pretty immune to filth but this was a bit gross even for me. Problem is not the cleaning staff, it’s just that you can’t clean a carpet if... More

We were stuck in here as part of an organized tour. The staff were helpful but that's about the only positive thing I can say. Well, also the rooms were large. On the downside, there was black mould on the shower curtain and the carpet was filthy; generally the place was run down and grimy. I expect that the tour... More

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, as I was passing by Jordan with a friend for our vacations. The hotel staff where extremely friendly and helpful on more than an occasion. We where considering staying at a five star hotel but the prices of most hotels where just too high for our budget, this hotel just fitted our budget... More

A nice big room and clean and comfortably furnished but the wiring in the room was dangerous with lots of piggybacked plus and powerpoints that only worked when you jiggled them. There was also no hot water as they don't turn on the water heaters until late in the day as a cost saving measure. There was a large foyer... More

I stayed for 3 nights. TV didn't work. It was freezing cold - heater just blows out cold air. Bed was fine. Bathroom was clean & no problems with hot water. Overall room wasn't bad - I've had better & I've had worse. Expect to pay about 40-50JD/night. Huge open foyer in the middle of the building with a stain... More

we booked the hotel for 2 nights but did not bother coming back. Travelling in early March with small children, we found the room ice cold. The reception organised a repair man who apparently only switched on the heating fan in the room, which resulted in more cold air. We opened the window to get some heat in from outside.... More
