The hotel is at a great location in Tel Aviv in front of the beach, it is the only thing great about it because the whole place seems to be abandoned. A lot of maintenance is needed in the building, the furniture looks old and cleanliness is definitly not a priority for them. More

The first floors weren't clean, so we moved to the fifth floor which was better. The breakfast was nice and the service was ok. The best thing about this hotel is its location right on Tel Avivs' promenade which is near the city center. More

Property is very nice and has a beautiful view just off the deck. It is an easy walk from here to several area stores in case you need anything, and walking along side the ocean is spectacular.
