The renovations of this hotel are good. Our room on the 4th floor was really beautifully done. Small but ultra modern is how I would describe it. Good location right on the promenade. Don't eat anything from the lounge coffee bar - I did and it was truly revolting with soured cream and black mould all over the underneath! Otherwise... More

I don't feel like describing this place. Let me just outline it's major disadvantages. - an old scrappy building in need of renovation - too expensive - poor service - shabby parking (and not free) - rather poor breakfast - the front desk blocked $300 on my credit card while I was checking-in, and I still can't get hold of... The hotel is at a great location in Tel Aviv in front of the beach, it is the only thing great about it because the whole place seems to be abandoned. A lot of maintenance is needed in the building, the furniture looks old and cleanliness is definitly not a priority for them. More

The first floors weren't clean, so we moved to the fifth floor which was better. The breakfast was nice and the service was ok. The best thing about this hotel is its location right on Tel Avivs' promenade which is near the city center. More

the hotel was on the front - rooms were smart but small - the pool area would be fantastic for young people as there was loud music - great view from the pool - outside as you arrive was tired and scruffy but a great central position - great value for money worth $140 Breakfast was fine - typical israel... Look, it's a hotel near the beach. It somehow has a 4 star rating, but that has to be some technical fluke with the star system. Also, a strange moment while going up to the pool/bar at night. I walked up there, and the bouncer says the pool is closed. I was clearly going to the bar and said so.... More

Property is very nice and has a beautiful view just off the deck. It is an easy walk from here to several area stores in case you need anything, and walking along side the ocean is spectacular. Rooms are well designed and bathrooms are quite spacious. Food is served in a room with a view of the Mediterranean. Food itself... More

My wife and daughter stayed here last week for 4 nights and have no complaints. Because of some of the bad review written here, I checked out the hotel in July for a few minutes when I was in Tel Aviv on business. Our choice of hotels was limited because we booked late. All the hotels in Tel Aviv are... More

We stayed for 1 week in September 2010 in Tel Aviv and were searching for a nice hotel close to the beach. As most of the hotels in Tel Aviv are from the 70s (at least they look so), we liked the photos that the Marina were posting on their homepage. The "house" itself looks extremly ugly and it is...
