The staff in this hotel need lessons from the staff at their Eilat branch. The dinning staff looked like they were being forced to work. They had an ok food selection, good salad choices. The room I was given did not heat well and it was January. It was cold and wet this year. All request to have my heating... More

The hotel deserves its three stars. Not new but clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. However it is situated far enough from the Old City.

Many rooms. With smoking free rooms. Good service. A little far from down town but Taxis are available.

ok..so last time we were here it was fine,so we returned..and not disappointed once again..still the same rooms, the same elevators..as slow as ever.a bit noisy..lots of kids whose parents let them roam free all over the hotel The pool was open..fair to good, not really clean around the pool, but I suppose it was because of the amount of people. The food...... More

My wife & I stayed at this hotel for the Sabbath, as we observant Jews. The room was spacious & clean, as was the bathroom. The food was excellent, with a large buffet to pick from, especially the breakfast. The only problem are the elevators(3).They are small & with one used as the Sabbath elevator( stopping at every floor automatically... More

A decent hotel for budget minded travellers, one big complaint was it's odd location in a neighborhood many miles from the city center. If you have a car, there is ample parking, but our driver/guide had a hard time finding this place. On the plus side, the room I occupied, had a stunning view of Jerusalem, and was clean, if... More

Pleasant hotel at a great price, but not near the main sights. Friendly helpful staff. A city bus goes to the Old City or bus terminal, but the first time it can be hard to figure out where to catch it to go back.

On the Saturday the sabbath only one lift was working. Too bad if one was on a high floor. The lift was always full any day. Dinning room was always full. Make sure you have a low floor bedroom. Takes ages to climb all those stairs as there are only 2 lifts that work and they are small.

Bedroom on 14th floor was fine, lounge bar area a bit sparse but bar staff friendly and efficient. Dinning Room was like a large canteen, food ok, staff fine and they quickly replaced items needed. Hotel fine for groups with transport but I wouldn't have liked to stay there as a couple. as in a lot of hotels, not enough... More

Good place for those who do not mind walking or using a bus/taxi to the old city and other tourist attractions. Inside the hotel: The room was clean and nice, with a panoramic view over the city. Although the room design was old-fashioned and the corriodor made me feel slightly uncomfortable at first, this impression disappeared the next morning as... More
