The hotel is located within walking distance from old city (about 15mins walk) and is also close to the light rail station as well. This hotel is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic central location. Although the rooms are small, they have everything you need and are serviced daily. There is a communal refrigerator and other ammenities. The staff were all very helpful.

La perle is close enough to the old city and there plenty of restarants and bars near-by. Room prices are bit lower than average (israel has expensive hotels compered to the quality), but there os no breakfast and rooms are small. I stayed in single room with no window.
