the hotel is huge...impressive....with a stunnig view on Jerusalem....Staff is warm and wellcoming...however...the room were not cleaned enough and breakfast and dinner were really not that good....It's a 5 star but in my opinion only a 3 star hotel. more

Previously Hyatt Regency, now Regency only, this hotel is under poor maintenance. Unfriendly customer service, if any, Rooms are not clean, junior suites have no window in room. Decided to shorten our stay to one day instead of five. more

I come to Israel yearly, and this is my second time at the Regency. Something has definitely changed since last year! The hotel is still as beautiful as it was last year, but both my boyfriend and I recognized that there was a change in attitude at the hotel.
